I recently downloaded the free office for students with a Microsoft account and I got it open and running but now it\’s saying I have until April 1st to verify it. This is fine, but every time I sign in with the account that is linked to the download like it asks it will sign me in but it says this isn\’t the account used to download this.

I know this isn\’t true because it is the only Microsoft account I have so it\’s the only one I could\’ve used for this download, I also tried using other accounts of my families and their accounts won\’t unlock it either.
