THE EL TIGRE GOLF SEAT WARRANTY
Ahla Cart Custom Golf Cart Seating & Accessories LLC DBA El Tigre Golf Seats provides this limited warranty described in this document specifically to the original retail purchaser for private use. Any product used for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to rental fleets, or other commercial uses shall be warranted for (thirty) 30 days after the original purchase date and does not apply to the expressed limited warranty. Please have purchase order, sales order, or invoice number available at customer service’s request.
Your Ahla Cart Golf Seating warranty includes:
One (1) year warranty on the workmanship and seams effective on the original retail purchase date
Two (2) year warranty on the vinyl material with ordinary use, effective on the original purchase date
Two (2) year warranty on the foam material with ordinary use, effective on the original purchase date
Three (3) year warranty on steel components used to make your Ahla Cart seat
This warranty specifically excludes failures caused by:
Use of improper cleaning materials
Abuse, or misuse from intended use of seats, as interpreted by the manufacturer, including unreasonable use, neglect, or failure to observe proper maintenance and operating procedures.
Misuse of arms from sitting on them or using them in any other way than what is originally intended. Arms must be lifted and in an upright position prior to entering or exiting your golf cart.
The original owner is required to register his/her Ahla Cart Seat(s) within thirty (30) days of delivery through an authorized Ahla Cart representative.
In the event of any defects, it is the responsibility of the original owner to promptly contact the retailer with proof of purchase for repairs to be made under the warranty. All repairs covered in the warranty will be completed free of charge and will be completed within a reasonable time period once received by Ahla Cart Golf Seating, and then returned to the original owner. If the product is more than two (2) years old, the original purchaser will be responsible for packaging and transportation charges to and from Ahla Carts’ seating factory in Elkhart, Indiana. If the product is altered or modified in any way, this warranty is null and void. This warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser as long as they own the product.
Cleaning instructions will be provided with each upholstered item purchased from Ahla Cart Seating. Deviations from proper use of cleaning solution will not be warranted by Ahla Cart.
